Low Riding

This loon is constantly diving to feed on the fish in the lake. After each dive, he rises to the surface yet remains low in the water so he can slip back in again.

Mark was able to catch this Low Riding loon in sharp focus. You can see the droplets on his head and the incredible form of this diving bird.
